MOVED THE COIN COUNTER TO NO STILL NOTHING.

I have a problem with my AH5- USB- XBOX360 only the LED on the coin counter switches on, the time controller led won't. I was told to switch the coin counter to N.C instessd of N.O and still nothing work. HELP
