Internet Cafe Software, Cyber Cafe Hardware, Kiosk, Self Service, Coin Op, Bill Operated

I'm having severe trouble with these instructions, its almost like they are incomplete, It states to follow steps 1-3 to reset to default but steps 1-3 are installing the driver and software, so how do you reset to default??? Anyone else encountered this problem? I've now "bricked" 2 PC's ...
