E1. means the entry sensor is dirty or damaged.
we recommend that you obtain a can of compressed air and guide the
output toward the entry area. This will remove any excess dust or foreign objects that may have collected over
the sensors located along the entry path.
If these does not help, please send email to sales@weavefuture.com ask for RMA number for repairing or replacement if it still within 1 year warranty.
