I have an ak5 rs232 coin setup with vista. My unit has been set to accept quarters only for two years and has been working fine until yesterday. For some reason the coin acceptor takes the quarters, but the timer on the computer doesn't change from o. The coin acceptor is lit up and appears to be working. Any ideas please, thanks.

1. please check the wire first and make sure the wires are well connected.
2. make sure the com port in the software match the hardware com port where it connected.
2 may be interface board is not working, you may need to purchase new interface board, please send email to sales@weavefuture.com to order new board.
