Hey everyone,
I was thinking of purchasing one of these items for a PS3 for pay to play with a coin mechanism.
I have a bit of concern. Does anyone know if you need to purchase a license agreement or pay royalties on videogames you own, but want people to pay for when they play your games? I know I can't take it as legal advise, but has anyone dealt with this before or came across this same problem? Or know an answer?
Thanks.
Are licenses or royalties needed?

You do not need to purchase a license agreement or pay royalties on video games you have already own

Even if your an arcade business and letting people pay to play the game? I only ask because I was wondering if it is like the music industry.

I am not sure if it is like the music industry. But I am sure it is OK for Xbox 360, PS3, WII and PC games. We have been in this business for more than 11 years.
