bought the timer control for the xbox360...plugged right in and works perfectly...my question is how do I get 2 controllers working on the same unit....where people can play 2 player games on time?

You do not need control 2 player, when the timer expired and player1 is disconnected, the second player could not play anymore.
It actually already have controlled 2 players at the same time.
you may need second AH5 to time the second player, but that would be little bit awkward.

yeah I can just link the xbox360's together instead of using 2 controllers (i.e. make 2 stand alone single player units, then connect them so people can play head to head).

You need 2 AH5-XBox360-PS3-WII-USB in order to do that.
