I don't know how you should or can reproduce the problem but maybe some other users have it too so i'm going to mention it here so you can maybe find a solution, if you already don't know the answer.

My kiosks are configured to use 50 eurocent, 1 euro, 2 euro. For 1 euro the user gets 24 minutes of time. Anyway, the latest two weeks (almost with the installation of version 3.7.9) my kiosks give sometimes 7 hours!! 8 hours!! for 1 euro or 2 euro. I don't know how it happens, i tried to reproduce but i couldn't. People were sitting for hours on the kiosks without throwing any money in. For luck it happened to me too at the installation of a new kiosk, that's how i knew about it.

How can this happen?

We have try to reproduce the problem and fix it.

so when can we expect the new release, today it happened again and the timer gave 50 minutes for 50 cents.

Please send us the log files when this happened.
The new release 3.8.0 is available. It should fix the problem.

my kiosks don't keep log files, because i'm using deepfreeze, the logs are always reset by each restart.

from this new version,
you can change the log directory to somewhere the deep freeze does not effected.
So you can keep the log files.
