Coinservice is not running

I solved the previous problem. I installed the latest software in Windows Vista. I use also Serial and USB Kit. I do not know wheteher software communicates with the coin machine. How do I check that ? When I run the software to test it the LED display on the coin machine show the coin ID but nothing happen on the software. The coinservice is not running. Any suggestions?

The one you ordered is AH5, which has LED as timer, so it does not need software.
The software is for AK5 system.

I do not understand. I ordered AK-5 system. What is the diference?

How do I understand the diference between AK5 with AH5? The led it has is internal not external. My invoice writes AK5 . Please reply as soon as possible

Sorry, I thought you ordered the AH5, The AH5 has physical LED display. The AK5's timer is on PC' monitor.
If it is for AK5 then.
You need to check which com you are connect to first.
go to control panel->System->hardware->Device manager->Port
To see which com port you have.
