Vrockola Plugin

I have sent an email as requested with purchase details for the 'plugin' and so far nothing.
Does such a thing exist?
Support seems really slow.

Please send the date of your order and the email address of paypal when you made the payment.
The shipping address, or ebay ID etc.
We could not find your order based on the information you provide, which we need to identify the hardware version of the coin acceptor.

Ok got the plugin, had been directed to my Junkmail folder.
I have installed the plugin and cannot get Vrockola to recognise input from the AK5 at all.
I have also tried several other "Jukebox" programs with the plugin without any success.
I did download Nordbeats Jukebox software (while waiting for a reply here) and tested with a demo of their coinlistener plugin for that software and the AK5 functioned perfectly eachtime/everytime, unfortunately it is very expensive software for what it is and I wont be purchasing it.
Any help with your plugin?

1. check if the plug-in software is running the
2. check the trig key of the configuration
