Timer is not fixing at latest version

I use for a while now, the 3.8.0.1 version. I'm very happy with it. Only from time to time it gives more minutes than money is thrown in but that happens not so much so it's OK. I wanted to try the latest version, 3.9 today. I saw that an old bug has slipped back in your software. The timer wouldn't fix on the place where I wanted it. Maybe you should take a look at it.
