How to deactivate/uninstall Internet kiosk browser demo

Hi,

I just installed Internet kiosk browser demo for evaluation, and then launched it.
Ok, it worked fine, but is reboot the only way to go back to a "normal" Windows xp once you want to quit the demo ?

Moreover, I realize that now my CTRL+ALT+SUPPR is disabled, the message says that my adminstrator disabled these keys.
So, how to uninstall the demo ?
