Just got my kiosk software installed and running. After 1 day in operation somehow someone has managed to make the timer clock disappear off the screen meaning I cannot get to the admin console or users cannot open programs I have in the list.

The software seems to be functioning normally - mouse inactive until money inserted. As soon as money is inserted IE opens as expected. The timer bell goes off as normal as time is running out. So everything ok except I have no 'start' nor timer clock on screen?

Any ideas where it might have gone!?

this is a very strange problem - still I cannot see the clock

However intermittently if I press carraige return key I can see the menu so I did select admin and change the timer setting to display top left position and saved. I also checked the first box (cannot remember what option was) to enable the timer and saved. I then rebooted and nothing.

Next on the desktop I removed the sidebar in case that was somehow interfering with the timer, rebooted and still nothing.

Now when I press carraige return the menu does not display at all.

Please help

You may set timer out of the screen.
Please reset the timer position
Start->Administrator->timer color->reset timer position.
