The driver on the website does not recognise my USB-db9 wire it has 2303 on it old wire was HL-340

I found a driver Prolific USB -to-serial Comm port this installs it fine, as com3, but it still does not work.

I cannot find any HL-340 wires locally....help

I have downloaded & intalled "Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port". It is setup as COM4 and Weavefuture is COM4 too, but it does not work.

I have tried with a usb-db9 cord labeled "340" no work
then used a cable "2302" no good either with new drivers downloaded.

Then if I pull a "HL-340" from one of my other stations it works right away. Totally weird and super anoying. Where can I get another HL-340 cable?

There are few version of USB driver for AK5-USB, if you do not know which one, you can install all of them.
If you purchased the AK5-USB after June, 20, 2010, you need choose to install following 1 or all of these USB drivers.
